The Periodic Table of Breath
Funded by the Gates Foundation, The VOC Atlas is a public data portal to share reference datasets of breath related compounds across various populations. It is used by 500 verified academics and scientists from Universities around the world.
Fulfilment Management System
The HMBT application tracks the stock, ordering, shipment, return and analysis of hydrogen and methane test kits, keeping track of KPIs, QC issues and highlighting potential issues before they occur.
Clinician's Web Portal
The OMED web portal allows clinicians to view and manage their patients' hydrogen and methane levels on breath collected from the OMED Health breath device synced via OMED Health mobile app. Clinicians can request their patients' data, order devices for their patients and make diagnoses.
Data Warehouse
The Data Warehouse is a centralised repository for all of the company's data. It is used to store and allow self-service analytics of data from various sources, including clinical trials, laboratory results, financial records and GC-MS outputs.

Tyto is a 10-year-old monolithic LIMS tracking stock management (stock location and cumulative usage), study management and participant data
OMED Health
OMED Health is a mobile app to allow users to pair and sync results from a breath collection device. Users can log activities and symptoms and explore their data and also order tests and receive diagnoses from clinicians.
The CRF Library
The CRF Library is a collection of modular, reusable and CDISC-compliant CRFs for clinical trials. It is a web-based application that allows users to design and build CRFs for clinical trials, and to manage and maintain the CRF library.
Smartwatch Actigraphy Algorithms
Researched and developed signal processing algorithms to train machine learning models identifying physical activities from raw actimetry data collected via open-source smartwatch prototypes.
