Stall Holder Information

Everything you need to know about trading at the Girton Feast.

Event Details

  • Location: Girton Recreation Ground, Girton, Cambridge CB3 0FH
  • Date: Saturday 11 July
  • Time: 11am to 5.30 pm (trading allowed until 7pm)

Pitch Information

Stall pitches will be 3m x 3m. To ensure safety and comfort, 3m gaps will be left between each stall to facilitate social distancing and reduce crowding.

Setup Instructions

Setup Time: 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM
You may drive slowly onto the Recreation Ground to unload.
Important: No vehicle movements allowed after 10:30 AM. Please move vehicles to the designated car park by this time.

Costs & Payment

Pitch Fees
  • £5 - Charitable & Non-profit
  • £20 - Commercial Businesses
Equipment

Please supply your own tables and gazebo.
Tables available for hire: £5 each.

Important Information

  • Please consider providing a cashless payment option for customers.
  • You must take all rubbish away with you.
  • No dogs are allowed on the Recreation Ground.
